This Privacy Policy explains how vtracker collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use its World of Tanks Blitz statistics, comparison, clan, goal, and session-tracking features.
1. Operator and scope
The Service is operated by [INSERT OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], located at [INSERT BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS] (“vtracker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [INSERT PRIVACY EMAIL].
This Policy applies to vtracker and its related web pages and features. It does not govern Wargaming.net, World of Tanks Blitz, BlitzStars, Wikimedia, hosting providers, or other third-party websites and services.
2. Information we process
- Public game information: player nickname and account ID, clan membership and clan information, public gameplay statistics, tank statistics, achievements, medals, ratings, and related records supplied by Wargaming or other identified public sources.
- Wargaming sign-in information: after a successful Wargaming.net ID flow, the Service retains the verified player nickname and account ID on the device. Your Wargaming password is entered only on Wargaming’s website. The current Service does not retain your Wargaming password or access token.
- Information you provide: player or clan searches, selected profiles, comparison selections, stat goals, manually selected session players, and configuration choices.
- Locally generated records: session history, progression snapshots, tank-history snapshots, saved profile settings, and goal calculations stored in your browser.
- Technical information: a public deployment and its hosting provider may automatically process IP address, browser and device details, requested URLs, timestamps, security events, and standard server logs required to deliver and protect the Service.
3. Browser storage and cookies
The current version uses browser local storage to remember the connected player, preferences, goals, sessions, and historical snapshots on that device. These records are not automatically synchronized across devices and can be removed by signing out, using available clear-history controls, or clearing browser site data.
The current version does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. If cookies, analytics, advertising, or server-side account storage are introduced, this Policy and any required consent controls must be updated before those technologies are activated.
4. How information is used
We process information to provide player and clan searches; calculate and display statistics, VSCORE, playstyle traits, comparisons, goals, and session results; remember device-local settings; maintain security; diagnose errors; prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; and improve the Service.
VSCORE and other derived insights are calculations created by vtracker. They are not official Wargaming rankings and should not be treated as guarantees of skill, identity, tournament eligibility, or future performance.
5. Sources and third parties
Public game data is primarily requested from the Wargaming Public API. Some images or supplemental public references may be requested from Wargaming, BlitzStars, Wikimedia, or another source identified in the interface. Loading those resources may disclose ordinary request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the relevant provider.
Wargaming’s own handling of data is governed by its Privacy Policy. Use of its API is subject to the Wargaming API Terms and Policy.
6. Disclosure, sale, and advertising
We may disclose information to infrastructure and security providers that process it for us, to authorities where legally required, to protect users or the Service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the Service with appropriate notice where required.
We do not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. Public game statistics remain publicly viewable through the Service and their original sources.
7. Retention and security
Device-local information remains until you remove it or the browser clears it. Hosting and security logs should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution under a documented retention schedule. Public statistical snapshots may be retained to calculate historical periods and service trends.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through search or feedback fields.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You can avoid Wargaming sign-in and search public profiles manually. You can sign out and clear locally stored data through the interface or browser settings. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about our processing and disclosures, and may appeal or complain to the appropriate regulator.
Submit a request to [INSERT PRIVACY EMAIL]. We may need to verify your identity and jurisdiction. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is a general-audience statistics tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal information should contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
10. International and cross-border processing
Information may be processed in the United States, Canada, or other countries where service providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. AI-assisted development disclosure
Portions of the Service’s source code, interface design, written copy, and analytical logic were created or refined with assistance from OpenAI Codex, an AI coding agent—a development approach sometimes called “vibe coding.” The human operator directs, reviews, modifies, and is responsible for the Service. OpenAI does not operate, sponsor, endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for vtracker. The current Service does not send player-profile data to the OpenAI API.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the Service or law changes. The updated date will be revised and additional notice will be provided when legally required. Questions, complaints, and requests should be sent to [INSERT PRIVACY EMAIL].
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of vtracker. By accessing the Service or using Wargaming sign-in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Operator and eligibility
The Service is provided by [INSERT OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], located at [INSERT BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS]. You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. The Service is not directed to children under 13; users who have not reached the age of majority should use it only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
2. The Service
vtracker provides third-party game-data search, statistical displays, derived ratings, comparisons, session tools, goals, historical snapshots, and related informational features. Features may be experimental, incomplete, delayed, changed, or discontinued.
VSCORE, playstyle traits, predictions, goals, and insights are proprietary estimates for entertainment and analysis. They are not official Wargaming measurements and do not guarantee accuracy, identity, competitive status, matchmaking outcomes, or future performance.
3. Wargaming and third-party services
vtracker is an independent fan-created service and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Wargaming Group Limited or its affiliates. World of Tanks Blitz, Wargaming.net, their names, logos, game assets, and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Your use of Wargaming services remains subject to Wargaming’s own agreements and policies. Third-party services may change, restrict, delay, or discontinue their APIs or content at any time, which may affect the Service.
4. Accounts and sign-in
Optional Wargaming sign-in is used to associate your public player ID and nickname with “My Profile.” You are responsible for protecting your Wargaming account and device. Do not provide Wargaming credentials directly to vtracker. We may suspend or disable integrations affected by security, authorization, or API-compliance concerns.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law; violate third-party rights or agreements; harass, threaten, dox, stalk, or impersonate another person; falsely present derived data as official; evade access or rate limits; scrape or automate requests in a way that harms the Service or upstream providers; introduce malware; interfere with security; access non-public systems; or use the Service to facilitate cheating, account theft, fraud, or unauthorized commercial exploitation.
6. Intellectual property and feedback
Except for third-party materials, the Service’s original design, code, text, rating systems, organization, and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable law. The limited right to use the Service is described in the EULA. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without obligation to you.
7. Public profiles and removal requests
The Service displays information associated with public game accounts. A nickname is not reliable proof of a person’s legal identity. Requests concerning inaccurate, unlawfully displayed, or privacy-sensitive information may be sent to [INSERT LEGAL/PRIVACY EMAIL]. We may verify the requester and will evaluate requests under applicable law and legitimate public-data interests.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RELIABILITY. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, REPUTATION, OPPORTUNITY, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR USD $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator and its contributors from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
11. Suspension, termination, and changes
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, upstream providers, or legal compliance. We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and providing additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [INSERT STATE/PROVINCE AND COUNTRY], excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in [INSERT EXCLUSIVE VENUE] will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you a mandatory right to proceed elsewhere. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
13. AI-assisted development
The Service was developed in part with assistance from OpenAI Codex. Human operators remain responsible for its deployment, content, calculations, security, and compliance. OpenAI is not a party to these Terms and does not sponsor, endorse, or warrant the Service.
14. Contact and entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the EULA form the agreement governing the Service. Questions may be sent to [INSERT LEGAL EMAIL]. If the EULA conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) grants a limited license to use the vtracker website and interface. It does not transfer ownership of the Service or any third-party game content.
1. Agreement and licensor
This EULA is between you and [INSERT OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (“Licensor”). By accessing or using the Service, you accept this EULA and the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Limited license
Subject to this EULA and the Terms, Licensor grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal, non-commercial statistics viewing and analysis.
3. Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, commercially exploit, frame, mirror, modify, create derivative services from, or remove proprietary notices from the Service; bypass security or access controls; extract data through abusive automation; or reverse engineer non-public components. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot legally be waived, legitimate interoperability, or good-faith security research conducted lawfully and responsibly disclosed.
4. Ownership and third-party materials
Licensor retains all rights not expressly granted in the Service’s original code, design, branding, text, organization, formulas, and features. Wargaming and other third parties retain ownership of their trademarks, APIs, game data, images, and other materials. No license to a third party’s marks or content is granted beyond what that party permits.
5. Updates and availability
The Service may update automatically and features may change without notice. Licensor is not obligated to provide maintenance, support, backward compatibility, or uninterrupted access. API or platform changes outside Licensor’s control may limit functionality.
6. Term and termination
This license begins when you first access the Service and ends when you stop using it or when terminated under the Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive where their nature requires.
7. No warranties and limitation of liability
The warranty disclaimers and liability limitations in the Terms of Service apply fully to this EULA. The Service is an independent statistics tool and does not warrant game-data accuracy, availability, competitive results, or compatibility with future Wargaming changes.
8. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws and dispute provisions identified in the Terms of Service: [INSERT STATE/PROVINCE, COUNTRY, AND VENUE]. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
9. AI-assisted development disclosure
Portions of the Service were produced or refined with assistance from OpenAI Codex, an AI coding agent. The operator reviewed and controls the resulting Service. OpenAI is not the Licensor, does not operate vtracker, and provides no warranty or endorsement for it.
10. Contact
License and intellectual-property questions may be sent to [INSERT LEGAL EMAIL].
